St.Tropez at London Fashion Week

Discover two new St.Tropez tanning trends as featured at London Fashion Week and learn how to re-create these glowing looks for your clients.

Working with Julien MacDonald and House of Holland, St.Tropez were busy at London Fashion Week by giving models the perfect tan before they strut down the runway. As the exclusive suppliers of St.Tropez, we thought we would share how you can re-create these new looks for your clients.

Julien Macdonald SS16

St.Tropez showcased the ‘supermodel sheen’ look at the Julien Macdonald show. Inspired by the Italian Vogue covers in the 1990s, this trend creates an all over healthy gleam.

How to recreate the look:

1.Use St.Tropez prep and maintain body polish to create a smooth blank canvas to work on.

2.Apply a generous amount of St.Tropez self tan luxe oil to a St.Tropez mitt, and lather over the body. Wait for three minutes then apply another coat.

3.Resist the urge to pat dry, leave the oil to dry naturally, locking in that all over gleam.

The St.Tropez self tan luxe oil is now available in a mist. The most luxurious spray tan yet will give your clients that desired natural golden tan that lasts for days. Discover the new mist here.

House of Holland SS16

St.Tropez then debuted the ‘dusty desert glow’ look, a fabulous matte tan which gives a healthy and natural sun kissed appearance at the House of Holland show.

How to recreate the look:

1. Mix a pea size amount of the St.Tropez instant tan light/medium to one part moisturiser on a St.Tropez application mitt. Blot onto the skin, wait three minutes and apply another coat.

2. Press on blotting paper to remove any shine and create a dry matte appearance.

3.Use a large bronzing brush or barbers brush to sweep St.Tropez powder bronzer all over the body in light circular motions, continue until desired look is created.
