What is your speciality treatment?
I love training in MBE Lash Lift as everyone is always so impressed with their results but I also love St. Tropez spray tanning because it is fun to train and everything is better with a tan!
What is your top industry tip?
My industry top tip is to ask questions/do your consultation and speak about retail items throughout the treatment, that way you don’t feel rushed at the end of your treatment but it also makes it part of the clients experience and doesn’t get perceived as hard selling.
What has been your biggest beauty blunder?
I once had to apply a rubberized mask to a client, the powder ones that you have to mix with water then its sets, however my water was too warm and it didn’t set! If you’ve ever used one, you can imagine the mess it made. It dripped all in the client’s hair, down her neck and I had to scrape it off with warm mitts! It was a complete disaster and it’s safe to say I never made that mistake again.
