What is your speciality treatment?
St.Tropez all day long. I just can’t get enough, it’s so much fun, training people to become tanning experts with the leading tanning brand in the UK. Therapists are passionate about the brand and the results are incredible every time.
What is your top industry tip?
Working with other local salons and spas can benefit your business. Swapping treatments with other salons, treats the therapist and swaps good practice and business ideas. Boosts team morale and relationships.
What has been your biggest beauty blunder?
On my very first lip wax, I didn’t use after wax on the area. The client left with a sticky top lip, later went home to give her cat a kiss…pulling away leaving the cat with a bold patch and the client with a furry top lip. Needless to say, neither the cat nor the client were happy (insert awkward emoji here…)
