End of year review part two

As 2015 comes to a close, we take a look at the year and highlight some of the most memorable moments here at Ellisons.

At the beginning of May, we launched our get set for summer campaign to help you prepare your salon for the upcoming summer rush. With offers on all your essential hair and beauty products along with tips about the expected summer trends, we helped to ensure that you were fully stocked for one of the busiest periods of the year.

CND™ also continued to revolutionise the nail industry with the new CND™ Shellac™ Xpresss5™ top coat and CND™ LED lamp for a faster than ever service time and high performance wear.

In June we witnessed the release of one of the most exciting and best-selling products of the year, St.Tropez gradual tan in shower lotion. An industry first, this revolutionary product took the fuss out of tanning and allowed your clients to achieve a sunkissed glow by simply taking a shower.

June was also the month where we released our hotly anticipated 2015 spa guide. Our spa guide gives you an overview of the products and services we offer, from luxury spa furniture to treatment ideas and everyday consumables. It also details the tailored support we offer across the UK, regardless if you are an individual spa business or responsible for a group of spas.



During the peak months of summer, EIMI from Wella Professionals unleashed three new exciting products in their styling range: Dry Me, Perfect Me and Sugar Lift. With over 26 products to choose from, EIMI inspires stylists to create a range of unique styles and looks for their clients.



As summer continued, we were delighted to congratulate Monica Milne, Eileen Grantham and Danielle Dillon on successfully completing their VTCT Level 2 NVQ qualifications at the Ellisons Academy. Whether you’re a seasoned beauty professional or new to the industry, The Academy has a great selection of courses for you to choose from. From CND™ Shellac™ to St.Tropez, wherever your passion lies you’ll find your perfect course at The Academy.

As part of our new website launch, in August we rolled out our new Student Kit website, which made it easier for students to order products needed for their college courses.
