End of year review part one

As 2015 comes to a close, we take a look at the year and highlight some of the most memorable moments here at Ellisons.

January

January

The start of 2015 saw the introduction of two new fabulous product lines. Firstly we had the launch of the CND™ Flora and Fauna range which allowed us to escape the January blues and delve into the pastel colours of spring. We had a vote in the office and we’re torn between Salmon run and Creekside.

January also saw the arrival of the express bronzing mousse from St.Tropez. The most advanced tanning formulation from St.Tropez, allows clients to achieve a sunkissed appearance in just one hour. For a deeper, darker bronze clients can leave the tanning guide colour on for up to three hours before showering.

February

February

Although the shortest month of the year, February was one of the busiest months for Ellisons. We launched our 2015 Directory, packed with new products including Better waxing technology®, BC Softwear and for the first time a selection of professional hair products.

Towards the end of February, we attended Professional Beauty in London where we exhibited our exclusive brands Phd™ Safewax and My Beautiful Eyes. We also attended with our tanning partners St.Tropez who previously hadn’t attended a professional show in five years.

March

March

At the start of spring we introduced two new product lines to the Ellisons family. First we saw the launch of the eagerly awaited St.Tropez luxe facial oil; the first facial oil from St.Tropez providing a sun kissed glow for up to seven days. The luxurious lemongrass scented oil is clinically proven to moisturise skin for up to seven days without clogging pores.

March also saw the launch of the spring collection of colours from Orly, Sugar high. As part of their 2015 campaign “Made in LA” celebrated Orly’s 40th birthday, this collection was focused around the LA fine bakery scene. Colours such as Key lime twist and Frosting certainly got us hungry for a sweet manicure.

April

April

After years of planning and developing, April was the month we unveiled our new website for the world to see. With improved speed, filtered search and live-stock updates, our new website provides customers with a seamless and smoother shopping experience.

Our new website operates a fully responsive design, which tailors how our website looks based on your screen size. So, whether you choose to shop on: desktop, mobile or tablet we’ll provide you with the best possible on screen experience.
