Ellisons yearly review – January to April

As 2016 comes to a close, we take a look at the year and highlight some of the most memorable moments here at Ellisons.




2016 saw St.Tropez relaunch their best-selling professional and retail ranges as they made subtle yet precise changes to the formulas and introduced their ‘Intelligent Tanning System’. With added Pro Hydra-Gel complex to ensure hydrated skin and a longer-lasting tan, alongside the elimination of the tell-tale DHA scent, their new formulas promised to offer the same, natural-looking tan but with extra benefits that have been appreciated by both clients and therapists.




In February, we launched our 2016-2017 directory, alongside a selection of new products from brands such as CND™ and St.Tropez. We also introduced our interactive online directory, providing an easier shopping experience for our customers.




Schwarzkopf’s innovative hair revelation Fibreplex was introduced to Ellisons in March. Perfect for any hair colourist, this genius product allows hair to be lightened, lifted and coloured without compromising the health and quality. With three simple steps, this popular range of products has been a huge hit here at Ellisons and throughout the world of hair.



As if their fabulous range of nail polishes and treatments wasn’t enough, CND™ released a luxurious new spa range in April 2016, treating us to three gorgeous collections: Gardenia Woods, Bright Citron and Cucumber Heel Therapy. Containing a mix of soaks, masques and lotions, alongside manicure and pedicure treatments, this selection of products was a great addition to CND™’s already extensive range of beauty products.
